Not A Love Story is the first single released by Vane, the culmination of 10 years of a multi-disciplinary artist career, and the beginning of her solo project as a singer-songwriter. The song is pop inspired in Soul and R&B music track. This was García's debut, and the preamble of her upcoming work.

The song describes the end of a relationship and it's born out of a broken heart. The lyrics talks about how hard is to let go, from things, memories, experiences and people; how life moves on despite the loses, and how we can continue forward even though we still remember what we lost.
